  • Can I bulk order a specific scent?
    Yes! Order your favourite soap at a reduced price ! You can custom order a bulk loaf for $60.00. Loafs work out to 10 bars. Because we don't keep loafs on hand, these orders will take approximately 2 weeks to send out. Our soaps needs to cure for at least 4 weeks to ensure maximum water loss and so when you receive your order, there will be a "do-not-use-until date" included with the order. The soap is safe to use at the time you receive it but will "melt" because it is not fully cured.
  • Can I pick my own fragrance and colour when I order a bulk loaf?
    Yes! Fragrances include: baby powder, banana, black rock, cedar, chocolate, citrus, cucumber and melon, eucalyptus, gramma's kitchen, lavender, lemon verbena, lime, orange, patchouli, peppermint, raspberry, rose, sage, sandalwood, sweet pea, unicorn dragon, and vanilla. Our offered colour selections include any primary or secondary colour (blue, yellow, red, orange, green, purple).
  • What ingredients are in your soaps?
    Here's the list of ingredients that may be used in our Soap Works products: olive oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, avocado oil, shea butter, rice bran oil, castor oil, palm oil, tallow, mango butter, babusso oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, hemp oil(contains soy), essential oils, fragrance oils. *Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering and we can confirm if your order contains any allergens.   • Do you offer mystery bags?
    We do! Odds n' Ends: $15.00 Reduces waste by making use of the ends of cut soap. Each bag will contain 16 oz. of loaf ends, discontinued, or not quite perfect soap. We are working to add this option to our store, in the meantime please request through our contact form or by emailing Sam at sam@coalmontsoapworks.ca
  • Do you offer single use soaps?
    We sure do! Single use soaps can be purchased for $8.00 per bag. This reduces waste by making use of the ends of cut soap. Each bag will contain 4 oz. of shaved soap, great for use while camping or on the go. Leave by the sink for guests and kids to use. Various scents.   • Can I send you something I have already that I want tie dyed?
    Absolutely, please just make sure that it's 100% natural fabric. You will also be responsible for shipping to me if not local. Reach out using our contact form or by emailing Sam at sam@coalmontsoapworks.ca
  • How long does it take to ship out my custom order?
    Approximately 2-3 weeks.
